This guide separates the time used to prepare a Good Molecules order from the period when it is moving with the carrier.
Processing and transportation
After payment is successfully authorized, we generally need about 1–2 business days to process an order. Once it has been dispatched, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside these business-day estimates, and an exact arrival date is not guaranteed.
Destinations, charges, and tracking
Checkout shows the destinations, delivery services, and charges available for the order. Please submit a complete address and reachable contact details. Tracking information is shared when the carrier releases it.
Delivery exceptions
For delay, loss, visible shipping damage, or a delivered scan without receipt, email bartinlocatelli@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and useful photographs so we can review the shipment.
